What is the meaning of the #BiggestPandemicBJP trending on Twitter?

This campaign is being run mainly by “Thugs of Hindustan” along with the “Enemies of Hindustan” to defame not only Yogi Adityanath but also the central government so that they can reap the harvest of votes for their political benefits keeping in view the upcoming assembly elections in UP and West Bengal.

Elections for UP assembly are due in 2022. During the last Assembly election despite all out efforts and coalition between SP and Congress, BJP emerged victorious with two third majority. In 2019 general elections, SP and BSP, the two opposite poles of Uttar Pradesh formed coalition to stop BJP but they could succeed only on 5 and 10 seeds respectively. The Congress was marginalized to worst in UP with the sole representation in Lok Sabha by Sonia Gandhi from RaeBareli. Rahul Gandhi was defeated in his traditional constituency in Amethi.

The political position of UP is currently in favor of BJP, which will further consolidate its position after construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. A lot of good work has been done by Yogi Adityanath in the State and for the first time in UP, there is no corruption charges on ministers and higher level officials which was very common in UP during the Government of SP,BSP and Congress.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has always been in fast and forward mode for disposal of developmental works and in action against political goons and Mafias. He handled the CAA protests very effectively as a result there was not much spread of agitation in the state. He did not only control the agitation but also recovered the amount of loss on account of destruction of public property from the anti-social elements. He also arranged display of posters of those found guilty.

Obviously, Yogi is on the target of all opposition political parties, anti-social and anti-India elements. the strange thing is that all these groups are together to fight with Yogi Adityanath and they search every possible space to create disturbance, cast war, riots in the state.

The current Hathras episode is supported by all such elements and the preliminary findings of intelligence agencies suggest that there was a big plot to spread communal violence and caste war in up to take mileage in the upcoming Assembly Elections. Unfortunately, the entire propaganda was also supported why a few media houses-based in Noida and Delhi.

This is supported by a fact that a similar incident happened in Balarampur where 22-year-old Dalit girl was gang raped by four Muslim youths namely Shahid, Sahil, Muhammed Sageer , and Rafeeq, on September 29, 2020 . While the woman was died , all the four accused have been arrested by the police. The medical test of the woman has confirmed sexual assault, and semen samples have sent to Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Lucknow for more tests.

But to surprise, no political party, no Social Organization and no media has spoken so far in support of the victim. What is the reason?

The reason is simple. In Hathras the victim belongs to the Dalit and accused family belong to upper caste (Thakur). Yogi Adityanath before becoming Monk, was a Thakur (Bisht) of Uttarakhand and these political parties and the people of vested interest is alleging that Yogi Adityanath being Thakur is favoring to the rapist in the Hathras case. The political parties want to spread caste related politics so that they can use the same in the upcoming Assembly Elections.

As against Hathras, in Balrampur also, the victim belongs to dalit community, but the rapists belong to Muslim community which is the Vote Bank of SP, BSP and Congress. Therefore, in order to get the bulk vote of the community in their favor, political parties are avoiding to raise any voice on the issue of Balarampur.

In case of Hathras, big investment has already been done by some political parties, a few NGOs, anti-India elements and all those disliking BJP because of their vested interest. They do not want to let their money go waste and therefore they are trying by hook or by crook to make their “Hathras plan” a big success in spreading communal riots, cast war, social unrest so much so that they can not only reap the harvest of Vote but also fix Yogi Aditya Nath forever.

Conclusion:

Political parties can not get any benefit form the high voltage action drama, they have to prove their efficiency in public by constructive opposition and logical work.

It is to be kept in mind that the then Congress government at the center and all the political parties were behind Narendra Modi when he was Chief Minister of Gujarat. They worked so hard that they were successful in making him the Prime Minister of India.

In case of UP also, it appears that the efforts of opposition parties & anti-India elements will not go waste, and if they kept on working seriously, I am pretty sure they will be successful in making Yogi Aditya Nath, the next Prime Minister of India.

Direct Tax Code (DTC): Income Tax Rationalisation on the Way

The government recently announced tax rate cut for corporates across the board.   This has been done in the backdrop of slowdown in the economy to support the corporates and to attract new investments which are moving towards other emerging economy like Vietnam. This cut is historical in last 28 years. The measure is in line with the recommendations of the much-awaited Direct Tax Code (DTC) report that was submitted to the Finance Ministry in August 2019. The report has not been made public yet. (The Direct Tax Code aims to consolidate and amend the law relating to all direct taxes, namely, income-tax, dividend distribution tax, fringe benefit tax and wealth-tax to establish an economically efficient, effective and equitable direct tax system which will facilitate voluntary compliance and help increase the tax-GDP ratio. Indian Economy ...Slow.......Slowness... &........Slowdown

A common discussion now days in all the forums, be it social gathering, political or TV debate, is the slowdown of the Indian Economy. Although all such discussions have their own opinions but the projection being done is appears very high. No doubt, Indian economy is passing through a difficult stage which needs very careful assessment and quick remedial measures by the Government. The seriousness of the matter can be understood from the fact that in Q 2 this year (TY) GDP grew by 4.5% which is the slowest during the last 6 years. In Q1 the growth was 5% which too was a warning signal. The growth last year (LY) was 5% and 7% in Q1 and Q2 respectively.    During first half of the current fiscal the growth is 4.8% as compared to 7.5% last year. There is decline in growth of 6 out of 8 core sectors which is a major area of concern. The other data released by NSO also support the gradual slowness of the economy. ·         The gross value added (GVA) growth in the manufacturing sector

India now has “International Financial Services Centres Authority"

In a path breaking reform, both houses of parliament have passed the International Financial Services Centres Authority Bill, 2019. The Bill provides to set up world class unified regulator for international financial services combining powers and functions of RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and PFRDA.  Currently, the banking, capital markets and insurance sectors in IFSC are regulated by multiple regulators such as RBI, SEBI and IRDAI. The dynamic nature of business in the IFSCs necessitates a high degree of inter-regulatory coordination. It also requires regular clarifications and frequent amendments in the existing regulations governing financial activities in IFSCs. The development of financial services and products in IFSCs would require focused and dedicated regulatory interventions. Hence, a need was felt for having a unified financial regulator for IFSCs in India to provide world class regulatory environment to financial market participants. The establishment of a unified financial
