The Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act Amendment Bill 2024

The Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act Amendment Bill 2024  This is another attack on the sleeping Sanatan, not new, not the first and not the last. If Hindus do not wake up, this will go on till India becomes an Islamic Nation. On 21 February 2024, the Congress government of Karnataka passed the Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act Amendment Bill 2024 in the Assembly and would implement the amended law. According to this, a tax of 5% has been imposed on all such temples in the state whose annual gross amount of offerings in the donation box is between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 1 crore. Temples whose gross offerings exceed Rs 1 crore annually, a tax of 10% has been imposed. These are all temples, which are more than 35,000, in addition to temples under government control. What is the meaning of the #BiggestPandemicBJP trending on Twitter?

This campaign is being run mainly by “Thugs of Hindustan” along with the “Enemies of Hindustan” to defame not only Yogi Adityanath but also the central government so that they can reap the harvest of votes for their political benefits keeping in view the upcoming assembly elections in UP and West Bengal. Elections for UP assembly are due in 2022. During the last Assembly election despite all out efforts and coalition between SP and Congress, BJP emerged victorious with two third majority. In 2019 general elections, SP and BSP, the two opposite poles of Uttar Pradesh formed coalition to stop BJP but they could succeed only on 5 and 10 seeds respectively. The Congress was marginalized to worst in UP with the sole representation in Lok Sabha by Sonia Gandhi from RaeBareli. Rahul Gandhi was defeated in his traditional constituency in Amethi. The political position of UP is currently in favor of BJP, which will further consolidate its position after construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Corona Crisis: A Tale of Three States

The Corona is a deadly virus which is spreading through human contacts which has posed biggest challenge for the survival of the mankind. Many developed countries who have one of the best Healthcare systems in the world, have suffered a lot and are in a very miserable condition. The China who is blamed for Corona had controlled the Corona spread within a reasonable time and interestingly it was able to restrict the impact of pandemic to Hubai State especially in Wuhan City only. There were few straw cases else where. What was the magic ? The magic was the complete lock down of the identified area. Probably this is the major difference in the strategy of China, US and Italy. These countries suffered heavily because they did not follow the principle of Lock Down. Prime Minister Modi taking clue from the China and also keeping in view the fact that there is no medicine or treatment is available, decided for national lock down after Janata curfew on 22nd March 2020 which was very suc

COVID 19 : Lock Down is Good but Migration of People Disastrous

We are now sure that unlike USA and European countries where Corona reached from China, in India Corona reached from Italy. (not from China). Thanks to Indian Government who acted on early warning signals and started through screening of all foreigners at international airports. After the message that Corona is a Chinese virus originated from Wuhan, there were laxity in the screening of foreigners other than China especially from Europe and America. It may be awkward but it is somewhat true that Indians have traditionally kept a differential standards for white people. It was obvious that very little screening for students and celebrities coming from these countries were done. At international Airports checking of international passengers who had to take domestic flights for onward journey was either not done or was perfunctory. At domestic Airports there were no screening initially. This resulted from 0 active cases on the 1st March, to more than 600 cases till 25th March 2020. T

Shaheen Bagh - A well planned strategy for Delhi Election

Shaheen Bagh  played a very important role in Delhi Assembly elections for all the political parties. Shaheen Bagh is the prime reason for fabulous victory of Aam Aadmi Party which ensured not only defeat of BJP but also making Congress as irrelevant forever. Let us discuss in detail. The biggest lie of Shaheen Bagh Apparently Shaheen Bagh appears to be a place of demonstration against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) but reportedly it was part of a larger conspiracy against BJP to ensure victory of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and also to make BJP busy in National issues and the challenge of CAA across India especially around National Capital Region (NCR) covering entire Delhi which was the battle ground for these elections. The strategies and formula already tested in WB were used to connect Jamia, JNU and AMU. The planning was done in such a professional manner that it was giving signals of win-win situation to Congress for harvesting Muslim votes who deployed its firebrand lead

CAA and NRC : An Impact Analysis

CAA, NPR & NRC : The Background The citizen Amendment Act is much awaited law which was expected immediately after Nehru Liaquat agreement in 1950.However, due to political appeasement of the Congress starting from Nehru, the law could not be prepared.    The need of such law was felt on the backdrop of communal violence after partition of India which resulted into genocide of more than one million non-Muslims community  in    east and west Pakistan while they were returning to India. Many independent historians had written that    trains coming from Pakistan to India were flooded with dead bodies of Hindus and other non-Muslim communities. The partition of India was based on the two Nation theory, one for Hindus and other for Muslims. Jinnah took  the Pakistan for Muslims and chosen the area where Muslim population was much in concentration at two places one was known as East Pakistan and the other was known as West Pakistan. The population of both communities were to be exch
